Sampling Protocols
Green bean evaluation samples of 300g to 500g can be dispatched by international express courier once the sample request is confirmed.
Ordering & Payment Terms
Baseline minimum order starts at standard full container load (FCL) increments. Payment is available by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).
Quality Dispute Handling
Shipments are documented against agreed specifications so that any quality question can be reviewed promptly and fairly against the recorded contract terms.
