Export documentation

Every shipment travels with its paperwork

Each outbound maritime bill of lading is accompanied by a complete export compliance file. We keep the documentation set consistent so customs clearance agents and import inspectors can verify each lot against its specifications.

Phytosanitary and fumigation certificates are issued by Indonesian agricultural authorities for the lot being shipped. Copies are available on request before dispatch.

Verified standards

Certifications we can document

Badges are shown only where the relevant certificate is held and verified for the lot in question. Ask for the current certificate copy before commitment.

Phytosanitary Certificate

Organic, Fairtrade, Halal, or ISO criteria are listed only when the certificate is verified for that supply, with the issuing body named.
